<p>Administered by <a href="http://www.gbci.org/" target="_blank">GBCI</a>, <a href="http://peer.gbci.org/" target="_blank">PEER</a> is a rating system for electricity generation, transmission and distribution. It looks at sustainable power generation and delivery systems through the lens of the customer, focusing on efficiency, quality, reliability, resiliency and the environment. In our pursuit of market transformation, the teams at <a href="http://www.usgbc.org" target="_blank">USGBC</a> and GBCI are continually refining PEER to ensure that the requirements are relevant and achievable and that the program continues to define industry leadership.</p>
<p>Since the launch of PEER in April 2015, we've updated the PEER tools, requirements and metrics based on feedback from knowledgeable and committed industry leaders and project teams. PEER version 2, currently under development, is the latest iteration of the rating system.</p>
<p>From <strong>Wednesday, Nov. 30 through Friday, Dec. 16, 2016</strong>, the PEER v2 draft rating system is available for public comment, and we would like to hear your input.</p>
<h3>How to comment on PEER v2</h3>
<p>The PEER v2 rating system drafts are organized by credit category:</p>
