Do you have a campus or city project and are curious about how it stacks up against the PEER™ rating system? GBCI® is offering PEER Assessment at introductory pricing, and we want to assess your project!

PEER Assessment is an independent assessment of overall project performance. It leverages the PEER rating system as a tool for driving action and innovation, and it builds the case for investment. It uses the PEER framework to inform and build upon existing energy plans, quantify the value produced to date, identify new opportunities for improvement and create a plan for PEER certification. Ultimately, PEER Assessment provides projects with a roadmap and business framework for improving project sustainability and assessing readiness for PEER certification.

In addition to a full PEER Assessment, GBCI is pleased to offer the PEER Energy Analysis as a modeling tool used to make the business case for a microgrid that can help achieve PEER credits. The PEER Energy Analysis is an essential part of PEER Assessment for campus projects.  It can be delivered on its own or as part of a full screening.

After the PEER Assessment, a project’s next step would be to enter into PEER Participation with GBCI to build a path toward PEER certification. Alternatively, project teams can begin with PEER Participation, which includes the PEER Assessment process.
